HCL's apprenticeship programme offers full pay and benefits, allowing candidates to start their technology careers in software development and testing, digital and cloud services, infrastructure delivery, and engineering, with positions available in California, Connecticut, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas, according to the company. Apprentices will be offered full-time employment at HCL Technologies after completing the programme and will be able to pursue a debt-free college education at the same time, according to a statement released late Wednesday.
