Bhopal: The Covid-19 vaccine will be hopefully available to frontline corona workers by January. The health department has begun to work on it. Preparations for storage and distribution of the vaccine have begun after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s video conferencing with the chief ministers on Tuesday. The first phase of training has been imparted to the health workers about how to setting up cold chain for the vaccine. Asha workers are also being trained in handling the vaccine. As the number of corona cases is rising, the government is paying full attention to the corona vaccine. According to additional chief secretary Mohd Suleman, one cannot say when the vaccine is going to be available, but it is expected that vaccination will begin in India by January. The health department has begun to prepare for it, Suleman said. The Central Government’s directives on vaccination will be followed, he said. According to Suleman, the vaccine made in India should be kept in 2 to 8 degrees temperature, and all arrangements have been made for it.
