Soya bean: 50 grams Chopped Onion: 1 Green chilli: 4 Capsicum: 1/2 piece Green Onion: 1/2 Carrot: 1 Oil: - 100 grams Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon Egg: 1 Ginger garlic pest: 2 teaspoons Black paper: 1/2 teaspoon Corn flour: 2 tsp salt to taste Soya sous: 2 teaspoons Green chili sous: 3 tablespoons Vinegar: 2 teaspoons Coriander Leaves

Method of preparation:

To make Soybean Chilli, firstly add a little salt in the water and add Soybean in this water and boil it for 2 minutes and leave it to cool down. Now cut the onion, capsicum, green onion and green chillies into small pieces. Now squeeze the soybean with water. Then add egg, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and a little salt and mix well. Then fry it well in oil. Then put the pan on the gas, and add oil and cumin to it, then add onions and carrots to it and roast it for a while. Then add the capsicum and some salt and roast it for a while. Then add soy sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Then add the soybean fry and mix it well by adding a little salt. And cover and cook for 2 minutes. Then take it out in a serving bowl and serve it hot.
