Teeth marks You see dents that line up perfectly on the edges of your tongue when you stick it out. It indicates that there is not enough supply of nutrients. Frequent canker sores These show up when you have consumed spicy food or you are suffering from cold or flu and you’re over working your immune system. Purple Tongue If your tongue is purple and you haven’t eaten anything that is purple, means you could have problems with circulation due to trauma. There could be a problem with your nervous system.
