A group of woman was given 700 calories in breakfast, 500 calories in lunch and 200 calories in dinner, while the other group of woman was given 200 calories for breakfast, 500 calories in lunch and 700 calories for dinner. Under this research, women of the first group decreased 17.8 pounds. Fat around the waist also reduced to three inches. Under this, the breakfast should be done by the morning breakfast. At the second and night time, the weight of more calories was reduced by just 7.3 pounds and their waist decreased by 1.4 inches.
