Here is the recipe of mouth-watering Spicy Paneer Sizzler

Ingredients:

250 gm cottage cheese 100 grams boiled potato 2 bread slices 60 gms onion 60 grams of carrots 600 gm cabbage 40 grams tomato ketchup 40 ml chili sauce 30 gms of ginger-garlic paste 30 ml soy sauce 15 ml Worcestershire sauce 60 ml curd 10 grams of salt and pepper powder, 60 gms butter 60 grams of soya chinks

Method:

First put the paneer and peeled boiled and grated potatoes apart. After that, take two bread slices into the water and mix it in a mixture of paneer and potato. Now add garlic and ginger paste to it. Make the 4-5 dampling out of this mixture and fry until turns golden.

Now put salt in the water and boil it and put chopped vegetables in it and keep it for 3 minutes. After this, separate the vegetables with water and put all the sauces, remaining garlic paste and spices in curd and put it on the flame.

Cook it until it thickens. Heat the sizzler plate well and add butter in it. First, put the vegetables and soya chunk in it and keep a well-fried dumping, pour the cauliflower and sauce on top, serve hot Spicy Paneer Sizzler.
