As we already know that nowadays the veggie food contains a high amount of pesticides, which leads to some health disorders and also no nutrients can be taken from them. But, do not worry here comes good news for all the vegetarians, who wants to keep themselves fit with a muscular figure is that eating, nuts and Kale may provide the same strength as a meat-eater gets, says study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Study author Dr Kelsey Mangano, said, “High protein diets do benefit most individuals. It can be beneficial to maintaining muscle mass and strength - particularly as we age”.

“The research was conducted on 2,986 people about their diets and found that 82 percent of participants were getting the recommended daily amount of protein”, said study.

It further added, “those who consumed the most protein had the most muscle mass and stronger quadriceps and the muscle in front of the thigh was stronger.”
