Here is why South Actress Nakhat Khan changed her name to Khusbu Sundar

Khusbu Sundar is one of the most renowned actresses in the South Industry. Khushbu was born as Nakhat Khan on 29 September 1970 into a Muslim family in Mumbai. Khushbu Sundar is a prominent name in the South Film Industry. Khushbu made her debut with the Rajinikanth-starrer Dharmathin Thalaivan. She established herself as a leading actor in the film industry and went on to star in many hit films alongside top actors during the 1990s.

Khusbu Parents parents gave her the stage name Khushbu. However, she converted to Hinduism to marry Sundar C and since then, the veteran actress has been using Sundar to her name. Reportedly, it was her decision to change the name. 

Career

As a prominent film actress in the south Indian Industry, Khushbu aka Nakhat Khan forayed into movies in 1980. For 20 years, she galvanized her presence in the industry, predominantly in the south as an exceptional artist of that day and age. In the course of her acting span, she has been a part of over 200 movies if different languages and genres. Khushbu is a strong advocate of South Films gaining recognition in the vast cinematic universe. She believes regional movies are shortchanged of their dues globally and strives hard to bring credibility to the south industry. The actress is very active in politics. She was a part of congress. Recently she switched for Bjp.

Khushbu married filmmaker Sundar C after falling in love while working on the film Murai Maiman. Khushbu has two daughters with Sundar C.  The actress once shared a before and after picture of her stunning transformation on Twitter. Which Khushbu revealed that she lost 20 kgs weight which grabbed all the limelights.
