Washing your hands before eating any meal. Cut your nails Change your clothes daily and make sure the dirty ones are washed before using again. Hanging your clothes in the sun to dry. The sun rays will kill some disease causing germs and parasite. Turning away from other people and covering your nose and mouth while coughing or sneezing will prevent spreading of germs.  Sleeping at least 8 to 10 hours a night will leave u refreshed every morning.
