Hilariously Real Differences Between A Morning Person And A Late-Night Person

Researchers from Aachen University in Germany believe just 10 per cent of people can be categorised as 'morning people'. The scientists built on previous research that indicates people who naturally tend to stay up late sleep less well and are more tired during the day. Researchers found a reduction in the integrity of the night owls' white matter in areas of the human brain associated with depression. There has always been an ideological war about who’s better, the night owl or the early bird.
