In the third day of the Hockey India 7th Senior Women National Championships 2017 'B' Division in Rohtak, the Hockey Rajasthan defeated Hockey Mizoram 6-3 in their Pool A. In first five minutes the Hockey Mizoram scored two goals but later on Hockey Rajasthan gradually settled into the game, and took the lead into half-time courtesy of goals by Praveen Singh (10') and Vijendra Singh Rathore (15', 31'). Rathore would complete his hat trick (51'), in a dominant second half performance as Hockey Rajasthan ran out 6-3 winners. Hockey Uttarakhand beat Hockey Puducherry 3-1 in their Pool C encounter.
