As per the information received, The Centre has decided to withdraw his Z+ category 'black cat' commando security cover. According to sources, the Union Home Ministry has recently conducted a comprehensive assessment of the security of VIPs who have secured security under the CRPF. During a thorough review of the security of VIPs guarded under the CRPF recently by the Union Home Ministry, it has been stipulated that the security of about two dozen VIPs besides Akhilesh Yadav will either be withdrawn or curtailed. After this review, it was decided to withdraw the specific National Security Guard (NSG) cover provided to Akhilesh Yadav.
