Ingredients of Honey Walnut Shrimp 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup walnuts 1/3 cup corn flour 1/2 pounds shrimps 1/2 tablespoon condensed milk gm sliced scallions 1/3 cup sugar 2 egg whites 2 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup vegetable oil How to make Honey Walnut Shrimp Step 1 Take a small saucepan. Add water, sugar and walnuts to it. Boil it for three minutes and remove the walnuts. Keep them aside and let it dry. Step 2 In a bowl, take corn flour. Pour the egg white and beat it, till it turns into a thick fluid. Step 3 Using a toothpick or a fork to dip the shrimps one by one into the batter so that it has a better coating on it. Step 4 Fry the shrimps in a medium sized utensil till they turn golden brown. Step 5 In a bowl pour condensed milk, mayonnaise and honey. Stir it to make the sauce. Later add the fried shrimps to it.
