The state government has constituted a committee headed by Engineer-in-Chief (Irrigation) C Muralidhar to make a comprehensive assessment of the construction of The Hussain Sagar Lake. According to the orderissued here on Wednesday, after careful consideration of the matter, the government decided to constitute a committee to assess the construction of the Hussain Sagar Lake. The committee will consider structural improvements with structural stability elements, hydrological elements, flood routing and other elements and will submit a report in 15 days, the order said.
