IAS officer who resigned on section 370 gets proposal to join again

New Delhi: Kannan Gopinath, who resigned from the post of IAS against the central government's decision to remove Article 370 of the Constitution from Jammu and Kashmir in August last year, has received a proposal to rejoin the job.
