Lucknow: Ibrahim, a 19-year-old man, has converted to Hinduism in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. He will now be known as Aditya Mishra. The process was completed by law at Arya samaj temple at Narhi in Lucknow. Aditya also performed havan among Vedic mantras at the temple. He also wore a saffron plaque. Aditya was born in a Hindu family. His mother's name is Alka Chaturvedi. Alka was married to Vinod Mishra of Kanpur in the year 2000. They had 2 children. A daughter and Aditya were born in 2003 in 2001. Aditya's parents divorced in 2012 when he was just 9 years old. After some time, in 2014, Alka Chaturvedi converted to Islam and got married to Liaquat Khan of Lucknow. Aditya said this in his affidavit. According to media reports, according to the same affidavit, Liaquat had shown Aditya as Ibrahim in the Aadhaar card made in 2015. He also registered his name in the father's name.
