The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has advised the state to avoid indiscriminate use of Covid 19 testing. ICMR said that random use of testing or testing of those who do not need it will cause more harm than benefit. ICMR said this at a virtual meeting of Corona Case Management. It was told in the meeting that the vaccine should also be used very vigilantly. The ICMR told in the meeting that all these cures should be used only where it is possible to take care of patients, so that potential difficulties can be handled. For moderate and severe cases, it was told that adequate vital air supply, anti-coagulants and inexpensive corticosteroids could be provided in a proper and timely manner. The ICMR reported that several vaccines have been reused during the search for an effective treatment for Covid 19, which is not part of the clinical management protocol. These vaccines have not yet been recognized by DCGI. Only Covid 19 has been allowed to use it in the emergency situation.
