Monday, May 30, 2016: at West Bengal’s Howrah, as the jeep overturned on National Highway 6 (NH6), killed four persons and hurt five when they were travelling close to Birshibpur in the district today.
According to the police officer, “the occurrence happened when their vehicle turned turtle after hitting a road divider killing four persons, including the driver on the spot”.
“All the wounded were admitted to a hospital”, he said.
The official further said about the victims that they were coming to Kolkata from East Midnapur district to see off a relative at the airport.
