Telangana: At Karimnagar, the two teenagers drowned in Lower Manair Dam tank on the outskirts of Karimnagar town.
G Krishna Goud , the Karimnagar Rural Circle Inspector said,"Seven boys went to Lower Manair dam reservoir to take a bath this morning. While bathing, two boys drowned in the reservoir at about 8 AM, while five could come out,"
“The dead were recognized as B Sai Varun (16) and S Sunand (16). They were both residents of Karimnagar town and studied in class XII”, he said.
As the Goud added, “The bodies were later shifted to district headquarters hospital here for postmortem”
