IND v SA: First Test between India and South Africa starts from today

Visakhapatnam: The first match of the three-Test series between India and South Africa is going to start today. Earlier, there was a T20 series between the two teams which was equal to 1 - 1. India made a clean sweep in the series of two Test matches in the West Indies. India topped the points table in the ICC World Test Championship with 120 points. India will try to stay on top by winning the series against South Africa. In the first Test, Rohit Sharma will start his new innings as an opener.

Ind vs SA: Rishabh Pant not in playing XI, questions raised

Rishabh Pant has not got a chance in playing XI. Wriddhiman Saha will play his first international match after 22 months in place of Pant. The match will be played at the Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam. The match will be played on Wednesday (2 October) at 9.30 am Indian time. Toss will be at 9.00 am.
