India beats Japan in Azlan Shah Cup

In the  26th Sultan Azlan Shah Tournament 2017, yesterday  India men's hockey team beat the Japan team. Mandeep Singh hat-trick of goals helped the team to attain the victory. The Indian team win over Japan by  4-3.

Kazuma Murata (10'), Heita Yoshihara (43'), Genki Mitani (45') of Japan scored the goal while from India Rupinder Pal Singh (6') and Mandeep Singh (45', 51' and 58') scored the goals.

Mandeep Singh became only the third player in the tournament after Australia's Trent Mitton and Tom Craig to score a hat-trick.
