India Lost In The Second ODI South Africa Won By 8 Wickets

South Africa defeated the Indian team by 8 wickets in the second ODI. Team India had won the first ODI beautifully and lost the second match in equally bad condition. Tony de Georgi played an innings of 119* runs for Africa and led the team to a one-sided victory. South Africa first did wonders in bowling and then showed strength in batting and won the match unilaterally. With this victory, Africa has leveled the series at 1-1. 

Let us tell you that Team India, batting first, was all out on the score of 211 runs in 46.2 overs. Then South Africa set out to chase the target and achieved the target with the loss of 8 wickets in 42.3 overs. Apart from Tony, Reeza Hendricks played an inning of 52 runs for Africa. A partnership of 130 runs was also seen between Tony and Hendricks for the first wicket. 

Reports say that in the match played at St. George's Park, South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first and the bowlers of the Proteas team justified the decision of captain Aiden Markram and bundled out Team India for 211 runs. Sai Sudarshan, playing his second international match for India, played the biggest inning of 62 runs, which included 7 fours and 1 six. Along with which captain KL Rahul scored 56 runs by hitting 7 fours. Along with this, all the batsmen of the Indian team proved to be unsuccessful. During this period, Nandre Berger of Africa took maximum 3 wickets. 

Africa achieved the target easily:  For your information, let us tell you that on the same pitch where the batsmen of the Indian team were seen struggling, the African batsmen chased the target one-sidedly. Tony de Georgi and Reeza Hendricks, who opened for Africa, made a partnership of 130 runs, which was broken by the wicket of Hendricks in the 28th over. Arshdeep Singh gave India its first success. After this, Rassie van der Dussen, who came at number three, played an inning of 36 runs with the help of 5 fours and along with Tony De Georgi made a partnership of 76 runs (83 balls) for the second wicket. Rinku Singh took the second wicket for India in the 42nd over, a few moments before the victory. 

African bowlers shined a lot:  The news also says that Nandre Berger took maximum 3 wickets for Africa. Meanwhile, he spent only 30 runs in 10 overs. Along with which Keshav Maharaj and Berun Hendricks took 2-2 wickets. Whereas Lizard Williams and captain Aidan Markram have achieved 1-1 success.
