Sudden change in weather, the rain started in the midst of bitter cold

New Delhi: The weather in the country has changed suddenly. There is continuous snowfall in the hilly areas. At the same time, the rain has been recorded in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and some areas of Madhya Pradesh in the last 24 hours. Due to this, the minimum temperature has dropped in many places within a day. According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature in Haryana can fall to five degrees Celsius within the next 72 hours. At the same time, rain is expected in Bihar on 14 and 15 December.

The outbreak of cold has started appearing in many places gradually. Somewhere it may be foggy and in some region, cold wave has started days and nights. Cold winds have also started running in such areas. The weather centre in Lucknow was told that rain/thunderstorms and lightning could flash in the next three hours. The same estimate has been made for Gautam Budh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Moradabad, Sambhal, Badaun, Rampur and adjoining district.

Some areas of Delhi, the country's capital, received light rain on Saturday, causing the maximum temperature to drop one degree below normal. However, due to being cloudy, the minimum temperature rise was observed and it was recorded 14.4 degrees Celsius, six degrees above normal. The minimum temperature was 11.33 degrees Celsius after the rains and the maximum temperature was recorded at 25.08 degrees Celsius.
