Indian High Commission denies Visas to Pak wrestlers to participate in championship in India

The Asian Wrestling Championship scheduled to be held in India from MAY 10 to 14 and the  Indian High Commission as per the reports have denied visas to Pakistani wrestlers who were supposed to represent their country in the championship.

The Dawn quoted Muhammad Arshad, Secretary Pakistan Wrestling Federation (PWF), as saying that the federation had approached the high commission 45 days ago with a request for granting of visas to the two wrestlers and accompanying officials.

It is expected that Pakistani wrestlers Muhammad Inam Butt and Muhammad Bilal are now will not be taking part in the championship.
