Pawandeep Rajan, a popular contestant on the famous television singing reality show Indian Idol 12, has taken time out from his busy shoot to visit his home in Champawat, Uttarakhand. After returning home, Pawandeep, who popularised his state all over the world, also got a chance to meet Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat. He sought the blessings of his state CM for his further journey of Indian Idol and was also given a shawl by the chief minister. "I am very happy to meet our Uttarakhand Chief Minister," Pawandeep Rajan said, "I am very happy to meet our Uttarakhand Chief Minister. The Indian Idol 12 stage has actually given me more than I thought. It is one of the most prestigious platforms in the country, which gives so much respect to its competitors. I will always be grateful to people for their love for me along with popularity and respect. For me, this moment of meeting Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat is very special and will remain in my memories forever.'' In fact, for the past two months, the Indian Idol team had been shooting in a bio bubble in Daman. Because of this, they have not got an opportunity to meet their families. Now, after getting the approval of shooting in Maharashtra, the entire idol team has returned to Mumbai.
