New Delhi: The sudden change in weather has led to a drop in temperature in several states of the country, including Delhi-NCR. Meanwhile, the Met department has predicted light to moderate rain in more than 15 states of the country during the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, dust storm and thundershowers are likely to occur in Delhi and adjoining states. Delhi recorded a slight drop in temperature following thursday's rain. This has brought a lot of relief to the people of Delhi. Delhi was hit by dusty winds with lightning. Earlier on Thursday morning, it was hot, as the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.2 degrees Celsius, which was 2 degrees above normal. According to the Met department, many states in the country are likely to receive rain from today till tomorrow i.e. 07may and 08 may. The Met department has informed that heavy rain is expected at a couple of places with light to moderate rainfall in West Bengal, Kerala, Karnataka, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland.
