IndiGo to offer 25 percent discount on air fare to doctors nurses

IndiGo on Thursday has released its statement. The company has decided to cut the airfares of doctors and nurses. By the end of the year 2020, the company is going to pay 25 percent on the airfare for Corona Warriors. Actually, Indigo has taken this step for these people working on the advance front in the fight against the coronavirus global epidemic.

In its statement, the airline said, "Nurses and doctors must show valid ID of the hospital at the time of check-in as proof of their identity." He said, 'Discount will be given while booking tickets from Indigo website. This exemption will be given for travel from July 1 to December 31, 2020.

Domestic flights were started two months ago on 25 May. But even after the blowing started, the number of passengers is very less. Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said on Twitter on Thursday that 71,471 passengers traveled in 785 aircraft on 1 July. This means that on an average, 91 passengers traveled on an aircraft on Wednesday. Because the commonly used A320 aircraft has about 180 seats, on July 1, the number of passengers was around 50 percent. Indigo has named this scheme as 'Tough Cookie' campaign. Indigo has called this scheme a 'Tough Cookie' campaign. IndiGo said that international flights will remain closed in India.
