Railways may start Indore-Gandhi Nagar Shanti Express soon. The proposal was sent by Ratlam Railway Division. It can be approved soon.
Direct connectivity will be available for Gujarat. At the same time, the railways has also sent a proposal to run the Indore-Delhi weekly (via Ajmer) train. After this train starts, passengers going to Ajmer will also benefit. Currently there is only one train to Ajmer. At present, 18 trains are operating from Indore.
In a week, Railways started both Indore Udaipur and Indore Jodhpur trains. Railway has started operating all three trains on the Rajasthan route. Apart from this, other trains are operating from Indore to Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, Jabalpur, Gwalior.
