Chennai: A shocking case has come to light from Ranipet in Tamil Nadu. In fact, a man's negligence led to the death of his own newborn. His wife is currently in critical condition. A woman was admitted in a critical condition at a hospital in Ranipet as per information received in the case. The woman's body had caused a lot of bleeding while giving birth to the baby. Punai Primary Health Officer Mohan has registered a case against the woman's husband after investigating the case.
The woman's husband is said to have tried delivery of his wife after watching the video YouTube without the help of a doctor, which led to the deteriorating condition of women. Loganathan, 32, reportedly married a woman named Gomti a year ago. Gomti became pregnant shortly after the wedding and her delivery date was December 13. However, Gomti did not feel the pain that day and the pain started on December 18. Loganathan, with the help of his sister Geeta, watched a YouTube video and started the delivery procedure of his wife.
Amidst all this, unfortunately, the child was born dead while his wife fainted. Gomti's body was bleeding profusely amidst all this. Gomti was rushed to Punnai Primary Health Centre and then referred to the government hospital in Vellore. She is said to be undergoing treatment and is in a critical condition. Authorities have started an inquiry into the death of the child in the case and the father of the child is being questioned.
