The social media app Instagram went down for the second time in a week. Yes, the service was down under the information received and this caused a lot of difficulties to the users. Facebook issued a statement apologising to users and blamed the technical flaw for the disruption. It was confirmed that the service of the company's social media platforms Instagram, Messenger and Workplace was affected for some time due to technical snag. On the other hand, the company said, "We apologise to those who have not been able to use our products for the last two hours and who have faced difficulties. The problem has been solved and everything has returned to normal.'' A statement issued by Facebook said, "We are aware that some people are finding it difficult to use our apps and products. We are working on it. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are normalising things as soon as we can. We feel bad about it that you are not able to use our product.
