Major relief to India International Court of Justice put stay on Kulbhushan Jadhav execution

It is a sort of relief as the International Court of Justice has put stayed on the death sentence of Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav which was given to him by Pakistan.

After which the External Affair Minister Sushma Swaraj informed that she had the talk with former Indian naval officer's mother about the ICJ's order.

She tweeted "I have spoken to the mother of #KulbhushanJadhav and told her about the order of President, ICJ under Art 74 Paragraph 4 of Rules of Court,"

"Mr.Harish Salve, Senior Advocate is representing India before International Court of Justice in the #KulbhushanJadhav case," she wrote in a tweet.
