Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani Among Young Innovators Shaping India's Future, Check Harun List

Isha Ambani, a non-executive director at Reliance Retail, and Parita Parekh from Toddle have been honored as the youngest women on the inaugural 2024 Hurun India Under-35s list. This prestigious list celebrates the achievements of 150 entrepreneurs aged 35 and under who are making significant contributions to India's economy.

According to the Hurun report, “The 2024 Hurun India Under-35s recognizes 150 exceptional entrepreneurs under 35, with a minimum business valuation of $50 million for first-generation and $100 million for next-generation leaders.”

Among those recognized, Ankush Sachdeva, aged 31 from Sharechat, was noted as the youngest individual on the list, while Akash Ambani secured the 32nd position.

The report highlights that a remarkable 82% of the featured entrepreneurs are first-generation business founders, totaling 123 individuals in this category.

Additionally, seven other women entrepreneurs were included, such as Aneri Patel, Aneesha Tiwari, and Anjali Merchant, all aged 33 or 34. They represent a new wave of female leadership in family businesses. Saloni Anand, also 34, was recognized for her innovative work in the hair care industry with Traya Health, while Ghazal Alagh, who is 35, was acknowledged for her successful management of Mama Earth, a startup that is now publicly traded.

Bengaluru and Mumbai emerged as the top cities for representation on the list, featuring 29 and 26 entrepreneurs, respectively. The financial services sector led with 21 representatives, followed by software and services with 14 entries.

Overall, service-oriented companies are the backbone of India's startup ecosystem, accounting for 59% of the entrepreneurs listed as under:-
