Israel War Day-130 Israeli Forces Eliminates Over 30 Hamas terrorists

Tel Aviv, Israel: Israeli military units have reported significant success in their ongoing operations in the Gaza Strip, with one combat team claiming the elimination of more than 30 Hamas militants in the past day, according to the Israel Defence Forces (IDF).

Operating in the western Khan Yunis area, a combat team from the 7th Brigade successfully targeted and neutralized over 30 terrorists in a series of operations targeting Hamas infrastructure, including sniper ambushes and patrols.

In one encounter in West Khan Yunis, IDF forces confronted and eliminated two militants attempting to blend into civilian areas. Responding swiftly to a terrorist aiming a weapon at an Israeli military vehicle, troops took decisive action, neutralizing the threat.

Additionally, soldiers in the Khan Yunis region identified and targeted several militants transporting cargo on a motorcycle, successfully eliminating the group with an airstrike. Furthermore, IDF forces conducted attacks on two military depots hidden within residential buildings.

Elsewhere in central Gaza, soldiers from Israel's Nahal Brigade reported the elimination of approximately ten terrorists during recent operations. Notably, the brigade's fire complex detected and engaged a terrorist squad responsible for firing an anti-tank missile at Israeli soldiers, calling in air support to neutralize the threat.

The operations come in response to increased hostilities from Hamas, which targeted Israeli communities near the Gaza border on October 7, resulting in the deaths of at least 1,200 people and the capture of 240 Israelis and foreigners. Israel has confirmed the deaths of 31 hostages, with 134 individuals remaining in captivity.
