Jerusalem: Israeli Air Force commander has visited the UAE, which is the prime visit of a senior Israeli military official to the United Arab Emirates, Israeli military has said in a statement. According to sources, Israeli Air Force Commander Maj. Gen. Amikam Norkin attended the Dubai International Air Chiefs' Conference last week, which brought together air force commanders from around the world. Norkin also went to the Dubai Airshow, which is an international aerospace event held in Dubai, according to the report. The trip, which marks the first time an Israeli Air Force commander visits the UAE since the Abraham Accords, "demonstrates the expanding collaboration between the two air forces at the national and strategic levels," according to the military. According to the statement, it was the latest proof of Israel and the UAE's growing military ties. Maj. Gen.
