New Delhi: Israel's Prime Minister Naftali Bennett's visit to India has been postponed. He was found corona positive on Monday and since then questions have been raised about his visit to India. Now on Tuesday, the Israeli side was informed about the postponement of the PM's visit to India. Naftali Bennett was scheduled to visit India on April 2. He had said that he will go to India at the invitation of his friend PM Narendra Modi. This would have been his first visit to India since becoming the Prime Minister of Israel. It has been reported by the Israeli government that after being found corona positive, Bennett has isolated himself and is working from home. This year marks 30 years of diplomatic relations between India and Israel. On this occasion, he was scheduled to visit India and meet many other senior ministers besides PM Modi. Not only that but Bennett was also scheduled to meet people from the Jewish communities living in India. Bennet, while giving details of his visit, had said that we can learn a lot from the Indians. Bennett said that with India, we can cooperate in areas such as innovation and technology, cyber security, agriculture and climate change. Bennett said there was a very old relationship between Indian and Jewish culture. Pm Narendra Modi and Naftali Bennett had earlier met in October last year on the sidelines of the Climate Change Conference, which was held in Glasgow.
