Ramallah: The Palestinian Health Ministry reported on Thursday that two Palestinians were shot and killed during an Israeli army raid in Jenin, a city in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. The Israeli occupation army shot Adham Mohammed Bassem Jabareen, 28, in the upper abdomen while attacking Jenin, according to the ministry, who also announced the deaths of Jawad Farid Bawaqna, 57, and Adham Farid Bawaqna. The Israeli army was silent right away. Jabareen was reportedly a militant, according to Palestinian social media. According to an AFP count, the Jenin incident brings the total number of Palestinians killed in the West Bank this month to 17, including both civilians and militants. The majority of the fatalities occurred in the West Bank, while a three-day conflict in Gaza claimed the lives of 49 Palestinians.
