Bhopal: MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that recruitments are going on in the state but it is not possible for everyone to get government jobs, so we are working to connect the candidates with self-employment schemes by providing loans. Development works will not only take place but now a campaign to provide employment has also been started. In the last two months, more than 10 lakh unemployed candidates have been linked to self-employment schemes. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said this at the state level Employment Day function held at polytechnic ground in Shahdol. With a pledge to celebrate Employment Day one day in every month, he said the next Employment Day will be celebrated on March 29. He said that a network of factories and small businesses is being spread in the state. The CM said that the sisters of self-help groups are doing a good job in the state. Soon these groups will be given ration (PDS) shops. The Chief Minister said that candidates are being linked to the CM Udyam Kranti Yojana. This year, 1 million children will be benefited. In this, loans ranging from one to 50 lakh rupees are being given in the retail and service sector, 3 per cent of which interest is given by the government. Due to this, loans were disbursed to 5 lakh 6 thousand persons across the state under all the schemes. All the 52 cities of the state were connected with this event. The CM also laid the foundation stone and dedicated development works worth Rs 617 crore in the Shahdol division. During this, MSME Minister Om Prakash Sakhlecha said that this task of connecting 10.5 lakh people to employment in MP in 40-50 days is unique and possibly the first example of its kind in the world. He said that the CM's initiative to make the youth self-reliant by making the state employable is unmatched.
