Question on Lalu's Sevadar also: The court had asked many more questions related to violation of jail manual in Lalu Yadav's case but the Jharkhand government's lawyers could not give any answer. The court had asked under which rule Lalu Prasad Yadav was given service in the hospital. The government had said that there is a provision to provide service in the jail. After this reply of the government, the court had asked that if a prisoner is being treated outside the jail, is he being called a serviceman. Is there a provision in the jail manual? The government could not give any answer to the court. Court gave last chance: Ranchi High Court bench had expressed its displeasure at not getting the answer to most of the questions related to the court related to Lalu Yadav. After which the government asked for more time to respond. The court had given the last chance to reply to the government, the date of January 8 was fixed. The government was asked to come to court on January 8 with complete preparation. The Jharkhand government seems to be badly trapped in the case of providing comfort to Lalu Prasad Yadav, admitted in RIMS.
