Giving Diwali gifts on Friday, the Central Government, being a victim of continuous criticism since the introduction of GST. After the GST Council meeting, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley announced a number of exemptions under GST. These exemptions are expected to provide great relief to small traders, exporters, and consumers. Jaitley said there are some technical problems which will gradually end. He said that e-vault of all exporters will be made by April 1, 2018. The Finance Minister said that the problem of exporters in the GST Council was discussed. Due to the GST, the exposure credit of the investors has been quite blocked, which has the effect on their cash liquidity. Jaitley said that its data is available but the repayment system is gradually being created. It will take a while. It has been decided that after the refund process from October 10 to July and process of refund of October 18, the exporters will be paid by check. It will be the only interim arrangement.
