Jamie Foxx, who starred in "Django Unchained," made his first public remark after being admitted to the hospital more than three weeks ago due to a medical emergency.

The Oscar winner thanked his followers in a picture he shared on Instagram, writing: "Appreciate all the love. I feel blessed. According to Variety, Foxx has 16.2 million followers on the website. Variety reports that the actor's daughter Corinne, who works as a DJ on the program, has been temporarily replaced by Kelly Osbourne until Jamie Foxx recovers.

Actor Jamie Foxx, who was hospitalized last month following an unknown medical complication, has taken to his Instagram to thank his fans for the support.

12 April On Corinne Foxx, the daughter of actor Jamie Foxx, posted a message on Instagram. It saw,  “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.” The public was kept in the dark on the specifics of the medical emergency. He is reportedly responding to the medication after around six days in the hospital.

 

Jamie Foxx was in Atlanta at the time of his hospitalization, working with Cameron Diaz on the Netflix action comedy "Back in Action." The endeavor marks Diaz's eagerly awaited return to acting. Seth Gordon, the director of "Horrible Bosses," is directing "Back in Action.".

A breakdown occurred on the set of Jamie's next Netflix film Back in Action, it was also revealed. Jamie has a number of projects in development, including Cloned Tyrone, God Is a Bullet, The Burial, Tin Soldier, and Groove Tails, to name a few.
