New Delhi: To prevent the rising infection of the coronavirus, PM Narendra Modi has announced to extend the lockdown issued in the country till May 3. While addressing the nation, PM Modi has said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the health of Indians. After PM Modi's address, all the leaders have respected his decision to increase the lockdown in the country.
Welcoming the decision of PM Modi, former Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah said that "We did not want the extension of lockdown but this is the only way to deal with Corona. We have to support the authorities so that the corona link can be broken. He said that we have to take care of poor and economically weaker people too."
