Tokyo: Amid worsening conflict between military factions, Japan's foreign ministry has increased the danger level in Sudan to level three and advised against all travel there. Following armed clashes between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces in numerous areas of Sudan, including the capital Khartoum, the ministry made its decision.
