Indian Pacer Jasprit Bumrah clutched his shoulder and laid on the ground in agony after the final delivery of Delhi Capitals' innings against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium. The injury of Bumrach can be proved a big loss for team India ahead of ICC World- cup 2019. India cannot afford to lose Bumrah who will be Men in Blue's main strike bowler at the World Cup, which is just a little more than two months away. Although, the franchise has clarified that Bumrah has recovered well for the injury. Confirming that he has recovered well, Mumbai Indians camp said, "As you see he had a slight jerk on his right shoulder while fielding. He has recovered well. And we will be assessing the situation tomorrow as well. I will give you the update once we get information regarding it." Mumbai Indians camp mentioned that they would like to have a check on the injury on Monday, while BCCI and Indian team management will only hope for the best. The pacer got injured on the final delivery of Delhi's innings when Bumrah looked to stop the ball as he dived to intervene. It is then that he incurred a jerk on his left shoulder before lying down on the ground in pain. Team physio Nitin Patel sprinted in straightaway before carrying him back to the dugout as Bumrah still clutched his shoulders on his way back.
