Here's what Alaya says on second marriage of mother

Another star kid is going to step into Bollywood from Saif Ali Khan and Tabu's upcoming film 'Jawani Jaaneman'. Alia Furniturewala, daughter of famous actress Pooja Bedi and granddaughter of Kabir Bedi, is making her debut in Bollywood through this film. These days Alia, Saif and Tabu Jawani are busy promoting Jaaneman.

Recently, when Aaliyah was asked a question about his mother Pooja Bedi's second marriage, she answered this without any fear. In an interview to the media, Alia Furniturewala spoke openly about her personal life. During this, Alia said about her mother's second marriage, Pooja Bedi spends most of her time in Goa. She will soon marry Manek Contractor. Alia told that Manek is a very good person, he and his brother like him a lot.

Pooja Bedi married Farhan Furniturewala in the year 1994. But due to some reasons, the relationship of both did not last and they got divorced in the year 2003. Pooja alone raised Alia better. In the year 2019, Pooja Bedi told that she has engaged with her boyfriend Manek Contractor. In the past, there were reports about young sweetheart that Sara was being taken before Pooja Bedi's daughter Alia. Saif confessed in an interview that Sara Ali Khan was the first in the film. Saif said- 'Yes it happened. Kedarnath went on hold. Sara did not have any film at that time. Those days, there were talks about this film. As a good father, I asked Sara those days if she would do this film with me? She immediately said yes.

Saif further said- 'After this, Kedarnath came back on track. Then Simba was found. I told Sara that listen, do not do this film now. This was a backup plan for you. I would love to do this with someone else. You should work with Ranveer Singh and Varun. He also said yes. Saif said during the interview that he does not want to work with Sara. Saif said- 'I do not want to work with Sara because there are problems with the family.'
