Jio AirFiber vs. JioFiber

Diverging from Jio Fiber's reliance on wired fiber optic cables for network coverage, Jio AirFiber adopts a wireless paradigm, employing point-to-point radio links. Jio AirFiber serves up internet speeds soaring to 1.5 Gbps, outstripping the 1 Gbps velocity proffered by Jio Fiber. However, it's imperative to grasp that the actual speed of Jio AirFiber can fluctuate contingent on proximity to the nearest tower.

While Jio Fiber, notwithstanding its wider reach, remains inaccessible nationwide, Jio AirFiber's wireless wizardry enables it to extend its coverage ambit without being ensnared by physical infrastructure constraints.

Designed as an effortless plug-and-play solution, Jio AirFiber offers a user-friendly and accessible experience to customers, in stark contrast to Jio Fiber's usual requirement for professional installation.

Envisioned to be competitively priced, Jio AirFiber is estimated to hover around RS 6,000. Its cost might marginally exceed that of a conventional broadband connection due to the inclusion of a portable device unit.
