The final match was between Amit Dhankhar and Jitendra. In this match, Jitendra won 5–2 and confirmed his name for India's Olympic qualifying matches. Now Jitendra will go to India to get Olympic tickets. Jayveer Akhada Bupania wrestler Jitendra fought his first match with Sandeep in the trial, winning 3–2 to enter the next round. The second match was held with Vinod Omprakash and won 6–1 to secure a place in the final. Instructor Jaybir said that he had a good fight with Amit and Jitendra managed to win 5-2. Now in February, the Asian Championship will be played at the International Indira Gandhi Stadium in Delhi and it will include wrestlers from Asia countries. Here Jitendra will have a chance to win a Tokyo ticket with a medal. The two-time Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar did not attend the trial. He said that he was injured. Although Sushil had requested to pursue this trial, but on his request, the Wrestling Federation of India said that all the trials will be done on their own time.
