Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir's Pampore police have detained 10 miscreants for allegedly pelting stones at security forces stationed near the Kakpora encounter site in Pulwama. The encounter in Kakapora began on Friday and ended with the killing of 3 local terrorists. Some miscreants from nearby village Sambora tried to disrupt the security forces by attacking the security forces with stones and shouting anti-national slogans. The miscreants were videographed at the scene and later identified by the police. After the killing of 3 terrorists, the people there started fiercely stonewalling. In a quick investigation, police station Pampore has detained 10 identified miscreants and registered cases against them under several relevant sections of the law. Efforts are on to detain other miscreants involved in the attack and all those involved will be booked accordingly. The police have made it clear that such incidents are not going to be tolerated and parents should prevent their children from indulging in such activities.
