PATNA: Job aspirants for the Bihar teachers' recruitment in Patna are demanding an extension of the deadline for filing forms. The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) website has been down since June 25, preventing aspirants from completing and submitting their forms. While some aspirants have finished the registration process but have been unable to submit their forms and payment, others have encountered issues such as unclear photograph uploads and server errors. Dilip Kumar, a student leader from Patna, stated that the BPSC should acknowledge the problems faced by the aspirants due to the server outage. He called for an extension of the deadline and made the demand to BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad and the education department. The Bihar government has announced 1.70 lakh vacancies for government teachers from classes 1 to 12, and the BPSC is scheduled to conduct the examination from August 24 to 27.
