New Delhi:- The John Wick prequel series “The Continental,” which was announced on Saturday, will premiere on Prime Video on September 22nd. Produced by Lionsgate Television, this show focuses on the inner workings of the famous hotel from Keanu Reeves' action film series. The Continental is told from the point of view of a young Winston Scott (played by Colin Woodell), the manager of a hotel that serves as a haven for assassins. Veteran actor Ian McShane describes the characters in the film series. According to the official story arc, the series will see Winston drawn into "1970s New York City hellscape to confront the past he thought he left behind." "In a disastrous attempt to conquer the hotel, Winston embarks on a perilous journey through the hotel's mysterious underworld and ultimately ascends to the throne," the synopsis reads. The rest of the cast includes Mel Gibson, Michelle Prada, Jeremy Bobb, Ben Robson, Nun Kate, Jessica Alleyne and Hubert Point du Jour.
