The KCR Government has taken another important step for monitoring the COVID-19 progress in the state. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao announced to set up a task force which will be headed by an IAS officer. The task force will monitor the treatment and the fees of the corporate hospitals in the state. The task force will look into all the complaints about the charges in the private hospitals from the COVID19 patients. He mentioned this while addressing the assembly on the Corona-Impact and Measures on Wednesday. Chief Minister KCR said that "The task force will be formed on Wednesday itself under the leadership of a senior IAS officer. A weekly report will also be submitted and the same will be sent to the leaders of main opposition parties in the state to create wide social awareness". He said that "He has been asked to set a system to observe corporate hospitals. He said that he had no option after the court gave permission to allow private hospitals to admit Corona patients. Now that they are extorting money in the name of treatment. The government will now initiate stern action against them.
